Try it. Wear it. Use it. Put any of our products through a real day. If you don't love your Tucky product within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right with a full refund of the product price, back to your original payment method.

We built every Tucky product to fix a real wardrobe problem, and we stand behind that. If it didn't work for your body, your outfit, or your life, you can feel confident we will make it right.

How It Works

1. Email hi@shoptucky.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note on what didn't work. Your feedback is how we make the next version better.
2. We'll reply within 2-5 business days. For most orders, you won't need to send anything back. If we do need the item, we'll tell you how and email you a prepaid return label.
3. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

The Fine Print

• One guarantee claim per customer, per product.
• Covers orders placed on shoptucky.com. Orders from Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other retailers follow that store's return policy.
• Original shipping charges and gift cards aren't refundable.
• We reserve the right to decline claims that look like abuse, such as repeat claims or resale orders.
