Shipping policy

All orders placed after 4PM ET will be shipped the following day. Please bear in mind that our on time delivery rate is very high, though some factors such as postal delivery system errors, weather, and national events could delay the delivery of your order.

Lost packages do happen but can be avoided by double checking that your address is correct and deliverable. We cannot refund shipping on packages that are returned to us because of an error in shipping address when placing your order. 

Please expect 3-5 days for most package delivery.
